Harrisburg, November 14th, 1812.
The Governor directs me to inform you, that at the General Election of Pennsylvania, held on Friday the thirtieth day of October last, in pursuance of an act of the General Assembly, passed on the second day of February, one thousand eight hundred and two, you were elected and chosen one of the ELECTORS of a PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT of the United States; and that by the said act, and the act of Congress in such a case made and provided, the said Electors are required to meet on the first Wednesday in December next, at twelve o'clock, at the seat of government (being the borough of Harrisburg) then and there to perform the duties enjoined on them by the COnstitution and Laws of the Untied States.
